Well I guess you can if you want to totally ignore this major aspect of historical accuracy for land battles.

Well gues u cant really add everything into a FREE game. And u can choose between Airplanes and Tanks.
Not gonna argue over Infantery...
I never gotten too much into bf1942 cause the first bf was soooo laggy, didnt matter how good your pc was that it pissed me off. But I really like this one.. u can choose which lvl u wanna play by picking theplanes, u can research for better planes, u can go hunt or just bomb the shit ut of em... and I liek the grafiks too (even not perfect, but nice) and the fact that there are arcade battles so u can go fast in&out without much time wasted to search for groups of fly 1h to get to the objective.

All in all, just a nice game (imo) in between or to get your daily frags
